Fondazione Arnklit ETS is always looking for motivated, passionate, and curious young artists eager to turn their creativity into a meaningful path of growth, exploration, and professional development.
We believe in real opportunities, which is why we offer scholarships, masterclasses, mentoring programs, and performance opportunities at Teatro Flaiano and other Foundation venues.
Who can apply
Our programs are open to:
Young musicians, composers and instrumentalists (ages 16–30)
Emerging actors and performers, interested in contemporary and experimental theatre
Visual artists, including illustrators, painters, and photographers with innovative projects
Students from conservatories, art academies, and drama schools
Recent graduates or self-taught talents with a documented artistic background
We don’t look for fame—we look for dedication, passion, and creative vision.
How to apply
The Foundation regularly publishes:
Scholarship announcements
Open calls for masterclasses and artistic residencies
Selections for special projects and interdisciplinary collaborations
Applicants are asked to:
Complete the online application form
Upload a personal presentation, motivation letter, and portfolio (video, audio, images)
Wait for review by the Scientific/Artistic Committee
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a brief interview, and if approved, accepted into the program.
Selection criteria
Applications are evaluated based on:
Originality and artistic vision
Motivation and growth potential
Alignment with the Foundation’s mission
Technical and expressive quality of submitted materials

Free masterclasses with acclaimed artists, directors, and instructors
